For the first time, we have produced a Burgundy-style wine and we have done it the only way we know how – small lot, estate, and available in extremely limited amounts.

We are thrilled to announce the introduction of our first estate Burgundy-style offering. Sourced from a new vineyard we acquired in the Willow Creek District across from L’Aventure and Austin Hope in 2022, this limited-edition 100% Chardonnay is one of the most exclusive wines that Jada has ever produced (at only 48 cases bottled) and a great example of the range and complexity of Chardonnay.
The energetic cousin to our XCV Viognier, our 2022 VIII VIII Chardonnay upends any stereotypes about Chardonnay. Instead, we gave it the full “Jada treatment” – small lot, limited production, exclusively estate fruit, and all under the constant care and supervision of our winemaking duo, Josh Harp and Nate Hall.
The result has been a true “ultra-premium” Chardonnay with a mix of classic Chardonnay flavors along with New World tropical notes that add interest and vitality to this new Summer release.
Try it with sushi, pasta pesto, fish, shellfish, cheesecake, or crème brûlée.
