Released in the Spring of 2018, we are thrilled to share our 2016 vintage with you.

If a particular label shown below does not appear on our current release page, it simply means the wine is currently sold out.  Future releases, in many cases, may already be reserved as well.

2016 Jersey Girl  90% Estate Syrah | 10% Estate Viognier (Co-Fermented)    92 points | Jeb Dunnuck  ”The 2016 Jersey Girl is another winner from this estate. A blend of 90% Syrah and 10% Viognier, it offers terrific notes of blackberry and plum fruits intermixed with hints of smoked earth, bacon fat, and peach pit (no doubt from the Viognier). Concentrated, powerful, and beautifully balanced, it has loads to love and should drink nicely for 7-8 years.” 11/29/18

2016 Jersey Girl
90% Estate Syrah | 10% Estate Viognier (Co-Fermented)

”The 2016 Jersey Girl is another winner from this estate. A blend of 90% Syrah and 10% Viognier, it offers terrific notes of blackberry and plum fruits intermixed with hints of smoked earth, bacon fat, and peach pit (no doubt from the Viognier). Concentrated, powerful, and beautifully balanced, it has loads to love and should drink nicely for 7-8 years.” 11/29/18

2016 Strayts  61% Estate Merlot | 33% Estate Petit Verdot | 6% Estate Syrah    93 points | Jeb Dunnuck  ”I loved the 2016 Strayts, which stays lively and vibrant on the palate while still packing plenty of muscle and depth. Blackberries, black cherries, leafy herbs, and some dried soil notes all emerge from this Merlot-dominated blend (there’s 33% Petit Verdot and 6% Syrah) and it has ripe tannins, a layered, balanced texture, and a great finish. Drink it over the coming 7-8 years or more. “ 11/29/18

61% Estate Merlot | 33% Estate Petit Verdot | 6% Estate Syrah

”I loved the 2016 Strayts, which stays lively and vibrant on the palate while still packing plenty of muscle and depth. Blackberries, black cherries, leafy herbs, and some dried soil notes all emerge from this Merlot-dominated blend (there’s 33% Petit Verdot and 6% Syrah) and it has ripe tannins, a layered, balanced texture, and a great finish. 2016 SawBones  56% Estate Cabernet Sauvignon | 28% Estate Syrah | 16% Estate Petit Verdot   90+ points | Jeb Dunnuck  ”The 2016 Saw Bones boasts a big nose of caramelized cherries and black currants with plenty of background oak, but has some bright, juicy acidity that doesn’t mesh with this wine’s rich, powerful, full-bodied style. Aged 16 months in 80% new French oak, give bottles a year or two, and I suspect it will show more balance. “ 11/29/18

”The 2016 Saw Bones boasts a big nose of caramelized cherries and black currants with plenty of background oak, but has some bright, juicy acidity that doesn’t mesh with this wine’s rich, powerful, full-bodied style. Aged 16 months in 80% new French oak, give bottles a year or two, and I suspect it will show more balance. “ 11/29/18
